About The Position

The HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician for our clinic in Rochester, IL. Rochester is a cozy community, with it's own park, bike trail, restaurants, and an excellent school district. Enjoy the comfort of rural living with convenient access to daily amenities in neighboring Springfield, IL while still being within driving distance of major metropolitan areas such as Chicago and St. Louis. HSHS Medical Group is a multispecialty medical group made up of over 350 providers across 60 clinics throughout central and southern Illinois inclusive of HSHS Medical Group is an affiliate of Hospital Sisters Health System, which is a Catholic, non-profit integrated healthcare delivery system comprised of 13 hospitals across Illinois and Wisconsin guided by our mission and grounded in modern best practices.

Requirements

Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start
Board Certified or Board Eligibility through ABFM
Clinical doctorate is required.
Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required.
Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty.
Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program.
Must be board certified or board eligible.
