About The Position

Baptist Medical Group is seeking Family Medicine physicians to allow for the continued growth of our primary care footprint located in a beautiful suburb of Southaven, MS. This is an employed opportunity with a large, financially stable, integrated health care system. Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation has 27 hospitals and a 1,500+ employed physician group. The clinic operates on a 4.5 days per week schedule with a half day for administrative tasks. It utilizes a hybrid clinic model, welcoming both walk-ins and scheduled appointments. There is significant room for growth within the practice. Physicians will not have hospital call or rounding responsibilities, nor in-patient hospital responsibilities, contributing to a great work/life balance. The team is described as great, collaborative, and collegial.

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family medicine
• Ability to obtain a MS license

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services in a hybrid clinic model.
• Manage walk-in patients and scheduled appointments.
• Engage in administrative tasks for half a day per week.
• Collaborate with other physicians and administrative staff.
