About The Position

Witham Health Services is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine physician to join a close-knit practice in Jamestown, Indiana. This is a full-time, hospital-employed position within an established practice that currently includes one physician and one Advanced Practice Provider (APP). The practice is located in Jamestown, IN, and operates on a schedule of 4 or 4.5 days per week, Monday through Friday. Call is shared home call, with a rotation of 1:10. The role is outpatient focused, serving an average of 15-20 patients per day. Teaching opportunities are available with Marian University if desired. The EMR system used is Meditech Expanse. Requirements

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine.
Must be BE/BC.
