Requirements
- Board Certified/Board eligible in FM, IM, Med/Peds or Med/Psych
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
Responsibilities
- 100% outpatient
- Manage refills
- Utilize ambient listening to reduce documentation time
- Work with LPN Care Coordinators to close care gaps
- Reduce call burden with Ochsner On-Call
- Reduce in-basket messages with Remote messaging Nurses
- Assist with complex patient management and social determinants with Outpatient Care Managers
- Support management of patients with chronic conditions through Health Digital Medicine
