About The Position

Fairview is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join their well-established primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Burnsville. This opportunity offers a collegial environment, strong specialty support, and the ability to focus on a full scope or adult-only practice. Providers practice in a collaborative, team-based model focused on quality outcomes, care coordination, and population health management. Employer-paid Nabla AI clinical documentation support is provided to reduce administrative burden and streamline charting. The clinic utilizes a fully integrated EPIC electronic medical record and a multidisciplinary team-based care model. M Health Fairview Clinic – Burnsville is adjacent to Fairview Ridges Hospital.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency training program.
Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association.
Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.

Responsibilities

Focus on full scope or adult only practice option available
Average of 18 patients per day
FTE = 34 patient contact hours per week
Shared call rotation: 1:22
Practice in a collaborative, team-based model focused on quality outcomes, care coordination, and population health management.
Utilize Nabla AI clinical documentation support to reduce administrative burden and streamline charting.
Work within a multidisciplinary team-based care model.
