About The Position

Logan Health – Chester is seeking a board certified/board eligible Physician to join their team in a part-time role with the potential to grow into a full-time position. This is a unique opportunity to practice broad-scope rural medicine while enjoying schedule flexibility and meaningful impact in a close-knit community. The position offers a flexible schedule with an average of 3-4 twenty-four-hour shifts per month. The practice setting is diverse, providing care across Emergency Room, Inpatient/Hospital, Walk-in Care, Intermediate Skilled, and Swing/Long Term Care. The ER volume is manageable, with an average daily census of 2-5 patients. On-site housing is provided during scheduled shifts. This role offers the opportunity to practice true full-spectrum rural medicine and work with strong, well-established local APPs in a collaborative manner.

Requirements

• Board certified/board eligible Physician
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass reference checks
• Ability to pass drug screening
• Ability to pass health and immunizations screening
• Ability to pass physical demand review/screening
