About The Position

DrHouse is seeking a board-certified physician to provide patient-centered telemedicine care to patients in Missouri. Physicians may live anywhere in the state, including metropolitan, rural, and underserved areas. The role offers a flexible schedule and involves secure virtual consultations for a broad range of non-emergency needs, including primary care, urgent care, men’s and women’s health, and chronic conditions. Physicians will use digital platforms and EHR tools to deliver care and coordinate remotely with other clinicians.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or OB/GYN.
• Licensed in Missouri.
• Comfort using digital platforms and practicing in a fully remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with patients virtually.

Nice To Haves

• ABOM certification.
• Licensure in multiple U.S. states, ideally including California, Texas, or Illinois.
• Telemedicine experience or a strong interest in virtual care.
• Interest in obesity and chronic disease management.
• Comfort providing preventive and lifestyle guidance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct video-based appointments for non-emergency issues.
• Treat patients in internal medicine and related areas, including urgent care, gynecology, and obesity care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans supported by current clinical guidelines.
• Document encounters using EHR tools for accurate follow-up and prescriptions.
• Collaborate remotely with other clinicians to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
• Stay current on telehealth standards and evolving best practices.
