About The Position
Vituity is seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians to join their team at Novato Community Hospital in Novato, California. Vituity is a 100% physician-owned partnership that offers physicians autonomy, local control, and a national system of support. The ownership model provides financial transparency, profit distribution, and career development opportunities. The practice is located in a 47-bed acute care hospital with a 24/7, 9-bed Emergency Department that sees an annual volume of 17,500 patients. The hospital is a Primary Stroke Center and has strong relationships with transfer partners. Vituity offers scribe support and has additional resources on-site, including inpatient/outpatient surgery, critical care, imaging services, and physical therapy.
Requirements
- Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.
- Current CA state license is a plus.
- Visa Candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Experience in a 47-bed acute care hospital setting.
- Familiarity with Primary Stroke Center protocols.
- Experience with an annual patient volume of 17,500.
- Experience working with a 13% admit rate.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency medical care to patients in a 9-bed Emergency Department.
- Collaborate with transfer partners and utilize advanced medical support when indicated.
- Utilize Vituity scribe support for documentation.
