About The Position

QuarterLine (QL), a Planned Systems International (PSI) Company, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Diagnostic Radiology Physician to deliver exceptional patient care services at Mike O’Callahan Military Medical Center (MOMMC), Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. This role is essential to supporting the military healthcare mission by providing timely, high-quality, and patient-focused radiological care in a dynamic clinical environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise, sound medical judgment, and the ability to effectively manage emergent and complex cases. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are also critical to success in this position.

Requirements

At least 10 years or greater as a diagnostic radiologist.
Actively practicing for 2 out of the last 3 years with interpretations performed under the following modalities: MRI Mammo CT Xray US Fluoro Nuclear Medicine DEXA
Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.).
Graduation from a medical school in the United States, Canada, or approved by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education of the American Medical Association (AMA), graduation from a college of osteopathy approved by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), or graduation from a medical school with evidence of Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) certification.
Completion of an accredited residency approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
Basic Life Support (BLS) using American Heart Association or American Red Cross guidelines. Members must present proof of current certification(s) through American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Computer-based training does not constitute fulfilling the training requirements.
Board certified by the American Board of Radiology. NOT board eligible.
Mammography Quality and Standards Act (MQSA) Certified.
Must have a permanent, full, and unrestricted Medical License to practice medicine in the state of Nevada.

Pre-employment drug screening
Willingness to comply with DHA vaccination requirements.
Must pass TB Test
Contract workers shall maintain good personal hygiene and present a well-groomed and professional appearance IAW the policy at the place of performance.

Responsibilities

Perform a full range of physician services in accordance with privileges granted by the MTF.
Clinically guide, perform, or assist in the instruction of other health care professionals within the scope of the clinical privileges or responsibilities.
Examine, diagnose, treat or prescribe courses of treatment within the scope of training, experience, and privileges.
Provide preventive and health maintenance care, including annual physicals, positive health behaviors, and self-care skills through education and counseling.
Order diagnostic tests as applicable as well as request consultation or referral with appropriate physicians, clinics, or other health resources as indicated.
Technically proficient in clinically directing and teaching other medical staff, providing educational lectures and participating in the provision of in-service training to clinic staff members. Such clinical direction and interaction will adhere to Government and professional clinical standards and accepted clinical protocols.
