This specific opportunity is within the RUHS Correctional Health system, serving adult inmates at the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility in Banning, California. The practice offers on-site labs, imaging, and Point of Care testing.
Requirements
- Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians.
- Additional training from detention facility may be required.
- Current CA state license is required.
- Providers will be cross credentialed at all RUHS Correctional Health facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical care to adult inmates at the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.
- Work within a multi-site system including various RUHS Correctional Health facilities.
- Collaborate with a healthcare team to provide patient care.
- Utilize on-site labs, imaging, and Point of Care testing.
