About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiologist who specializes in Invasive - Intervention with a passion for PCI and Peripheral vascular procedures to join us at Indiana Heart Physicians located in Indianapolis, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have a passion for PCI and peripheral vascular procedures, clinical excellence, and patient satisfaction. The candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. The physician will need to work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members within our Cardiology service line to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiologist
• Specializes in Invasive - Intervention
• Passion for PCI and Peripheral vascular procedures
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff
• Ability to work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members
• Doctorate Required
• Physician License (DR/DO) - Upon Hire Required
• Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association Upon Hire Required

Responsibilities

• Two weeks per month in clinic Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Two weeks per month rounding in hospital: Monday – Friday
• STEMI Call 1:6: Friday – Friday, 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
• Holiday & Weekend Call: 1:6
• Perform TAVR
• Perform Transcatheter Mitral Valve Repair
• Perform Cardiac angioplasty and stent placement, including drug eluting stents
• Perform Rotational atherectomy
• Perform Left atrial appendage occlusion (LAAO)
• Perform Peripheral vascular procedures
