About The Position

The Oncology Institute (TOI) is seeking experienced Hematology Oncology Physicians to join their teams in Southern California and Las Vegas, Nevada. TOI is a growing organization focused on delivering specialized, value-based cancer care in the community setting, offering cutting-edge, evidence-based treatments including clinical trials. They are implementing a referral program to incentivize the hiring of qualified physicians.

Requirements

• Must be a BC/BE Hematology Oncology Physician.
• Must be eligible for work within the United States without Sponsorship.
• Must be hired for a full-time role.
• Must not have applied to the company within the last 12 months.
• Referrers must be 18 years or older.
• Referral must be acknowledged by both the referrer and the candidate.

Nice To Haves

• Referrers must not be employees, alumni, or partners.
• Referrers must not be professional recruiters, agencies, current customers, or anyone affiliated with the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Refer qualified Hematology Oncology Physicians to The Oncology Institute.
• Ensure referred candidates meet eligibility criteria.
• Complete the referral process through the careers site.

Benefits

• $10,000 referral payment for each successful physician referral, paid after the candidate's start date.
