About The Position

The Oncology Institute (TOI) is seeking experienced Hematology Oncology Physicians to join their teams in Southern California and Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is part of a Physician Referral Program designed to incentivize referrals with a $10,000 payment for each successful physician referral who is hired. TOI is a growing organization focused on delivering specialized, value-based cancer care in the community setting, offering clinical trials, transfusions, and other advanced care models. They operate over 100 clinics across five states with more than 180 clinicians.

Requirements

• Must be a BC/BE Hematology Oncology Physician.
• Must be eligible for work within the United States without Sponsorship.
• Referred candidates must not have applied to the company within the last 12 months.
• Referred candidates must be hired for a full-time role.
• Referrals must be acknowledged by both the referrer and the candidate.

Nice To Haves

• Referrer must be 18 years or older.
• Referrer must not be a current employee, alumni, or partner.

Responsibilities

• Refer experienced Hematology Oncology Physicians to The Oncology Institute.
• Ensure referred candidates meet eligibility criteria.
• Complete the referral process through the careers site.
