Physician/Attending - PICU (Per Diem) - Naples, FL
About The Position
Nicklaus Children's Pediatric Specialists is seeking a BC/BE pediatric intensivist with a minimum of 3 years of experience (preferred) to provide Staff Relief/POOL coverage at the Robert and Mariann MacDonald SeaCAREium pediatric inpatient unit of Naples Community Hospital North Healthcare System. This unit is a partnership between Nicklaus Children's Hospital and Naples Community Hospital Healthcare System. The pediatric unit offers 15 general pediatric rooms and one outpatient room, with four of the general pediatric rooms adaptable for progressive and intensive care. It is a family-centered environment equipped with smart room technology and state-of-the-art equipment to care for critically ill patients. The role involves coverage of both regular floor patients and those in the designated pediatric ICU suites. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advocacy and improving care for children, be BC/BE in general pediatrics, and possess training and expertise in pediatric ICU care.

Responsibilities
