About The Position

We’re hiring a Physician Assistant in Ferndale, California who wants strong earning potential, loan repayment eligibility, and the opportunity to provide mission-driven care in a scenic North Coast community. You’ll step into an outpatient-only, panel-based primary care role managing patients with complex medical needs. You’ll collaborate closely with an integrated care team that includes dedicated medical assistants, RN support, behavioral health, telepsychiatry, chiropractic services, and specialty consult resources. You’ll practice in Ferndale, California, a historic North Coast town known for its Victorian architecture, vibrant arts scene, and proximity to the Avenue of the Giants and the Pacific coastline.

Requirements

  • Hold or be eligible for a California Physician Assistant license.
  • Three or more years of outpatient primary care experience preferred.
  • Interest in rural health or underserved populations.
  • Thrive in collaborative, team-based environments.
  • Be mission-driven and committed to compassionate, community-centered care.

Responsibilities
