About The Position
We’re hiring a Physician Assistant (PA) in Arcata, California who wants strong earning potential, loan repayment eligibility, and the opportunity to serve a mission-driven coastal community. You’ll step into an outpatient, panel-based primary care role focused on caring for patients with complex medical needs in collaboration with an integrated care team. You’ll work alongside dedicated medical assistants, RN support, behavioral health, chiropractic services, and telehealth consult resources to deliver comprehensive, community-centered care. You’ll practice in Arcata, California, a vibrant Northern California college town known for its progressive values, towering redwood forests, and proximity to the Pacific Ocean.
Requirements
- Hold or be eligible for a California Physician Assistant license.
- Three or more years of outpatient experience preferred.
- Interest in rural health or serving underserved populations.
- Thrive in collaborative, team-based environments.

- $12,400 annual access bonus paid biweekly for meeting 9-patient per clinic target
- Up to $44,000 additional annual bonus potential for higher patient volumes

- Base salary ranging from $148,627.20 to $168,553.60 annually
- 29 days of paid time off including CME, holidays, and sick time
