About The Position
CoxHealth is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join their Emergency Department team at Cox North. This role involves the examination and treatment of patients under the supervision of a licensed physician. The position is for 36 hours per week, with evening shifts. CoxHealth is a prominent healthcare system in southwest Missouri and northern Arkansas, recognized for its workplace excellence by various publications.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited physician assistant program
- No Prior Experience Required
- Self motivated individual who can work with little direct supervision
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams; tolerance for working with multiple numbers of people
- Good clinical expertise, communication skills, human relations skills and organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Needs to obtain PA License within 60 days of hire
- Successful completion of all department specific credentialing within first 90 days of employment
