About The Position

This role is for a Physician Assistant to perform VA evaluations in a low-stress, structured setting. The focus is entirely on assessments, with no treatment plans, prescriptions, or ongoing patient management. The position offers a predictable Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or call requirements, competitive pay, generous PTO, and full benefits. It involves mission-driven work supporting Veterans. The IMA Group's Government Services Division, which this role is part of, supports local, state, and federal agencies by delivering professional and objective medical and psychological examinations as well as ancillary services. The company also has Payer Services and Clinical Research Divisions.

Requirements

• Licensed Physician Assistant with NCCPA certification
• At least 1 year of clinical experience
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-time, in-person VA evaluations
• Review and interpret medical documentation
• Complete clear and timely reports
