About The Position

For over 20 years, Advanced Ear, Nose, Throat & Allergy has provided metro-Atlanta with premium otolaryngological care. We are a physician-owned private practice with four physicians, located on campus at Northside Hospital Main in Sandy Springs. Our clinicians treat a wide range of conditions, including sinus disorders, hearing loss, sleep apnea, thyroid and parathyroid disease, and allergies. We're seeking a Physician Assistant to join our close-knit clinical team. This is a highly collaborative role: you'll work with all four physicians and our existing PAs, sharing patients, ideas, and expertise. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited physician assistant program
  • National certification (NCCPA) and Georgia PA licensure
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to teamwork

Nice To Haves

  • Otolaryngology or allergy experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate new and established patients thoroughly, in collaboration with our physicians and fellow PAs
  • Order diagnostic studies as indicated and review results
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and treatment modalities, under the direction of the supervising physician
  • Enter referrals and orders for follow-up testing as appropriate
  • Document all pertinent patient information in the EMR and complete superbill entries as needed
  • Perform in-office procedures, dressing changes, and emergency care as required
  • Handle administrative duties, including returning patient calls and messages, refilling prescriptions, completing paperwork, and reviewing test results
  • Support teammates and share coverage to keep patient care running smoothly
  • Attend in-house meetings and complete required training, including OSHA and HIPAA
  • Maintain Georgia licensure, national certification, and required CME credits
  • Other duties as assigned
