About The Position
The IMA Group is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) for veteran disability evaluations at their Warren, NJ location. This role focuses on conducting comprehensive medical evaluations for U.S. veterans to determine their eligibility for VA disability benefits. It is a 100% evaluation-based role with no treatment plans, prescribing, or follow-up visits. The position offers a daytime, Monday-Friday schedule (4-5 days a week) with no evenings, weekends, or on-call duties. The IMA Group provides robust onboarding and ongoing clinical support.
Requirements
- Active PA license
- Master's degree from an accredited PA program
- Clinical PA experience required
Nice To Haves
- Background in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Occupational Medicine, PM&R, or Orthopedics
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations for veterans
- Review medical records, diagnostics, and supporting documentation
- Complete detailed VA disability reports using our electronic platform
