About The Position

Orthopedic Associates of Dutchess County (OADC) is hiring a full-time Orthopedic Physician Assistant for its hospital-based team. The PA will provide surgical and clinical support to the group’s orthopedic surgeons at affiliated area hospitals. The role includes surgical first assisting, hospital rounding, and a rotating call schedule shared with a team of 10. The position offers a four-day work schedule totaling 40 hours per week, plus a call obligation, and requires travel among affiliated hospitals in Poughkeepsie, Kingston, and Rhinebeck. OADC is an established orthopedic practice serving the Hudson Valley, with 26 subspecialty-trained physicians across five clinical locations and a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center. Its physicians provide care across a full spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. Requirements

NCCPA certification.
New York State license.
DEA registration.
Ability and willingness to travel between affiliated hospitals in Poughkeepsie, Kingston, and Rhinebeck.
Orthopedic experience is preferred; new graduates may apply if they have completed an orthopedic clinical rotation.
