About The Position
Elliot Health System is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join its integrated acute care surgery program at Elliot Hospital, an American College of Surgeons-verified Level II Trauma Center. The program cares for injured patients, manages a busy emergency general surgery service, and is developing a surgical critical care service. The integrated team includes seven surgeons and eight physician assistants. The position offers a very reasonable shift schedule and involvement in a program with more than 1,000 trauma encounters/admissions and more than 700 operative surgical cases, with APPs first-assisting on most cases. The program also includes a multidisciplinary surgical critical care service. RNFA certification is required for nurse practitioners. Elliot Health System is the largest provider of comprehensive healthcare services in Southern New Hampshire. Its cornerstone, Elliot Hospital, is a 296-bed acute care, ACS Level II Trauma Center and the only hospital in New England verified as a Comprehensive Hospital by the American College of Surgeons Quality Verification Program. The organization includes the Elliot Physician Network and outpatient practices throughout Southern New Hampshire, with a fully integrated Epic EMR.
Requirements
