Requirements
- 1+ year experience in surgical specialties and plastic or reconstructive surgery with an emphasis on surgical wound closure
- Bachelor's or Master's in Physician Assistant Studies
- NYS PA Licensure
- Current NCCPA Certification
- ACLS/BLS
- NYS Infection Control Certification
- DEA Certification with NYS Opioid Prescriber compliance
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care for surgical patients admitted to the hospital, with emphasis on plastic and reconstructive surgery cases
- Perform consults, manage floor duties, and assist with OR coverage
- Work Monday–Friday, Day Shift, covering inpatient and outpatient
