About The Position

TeamHealth is seeking a full-time board-certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a minimum of 1-2 years of Emergency Medicine (EM) experience to join their team at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health (VMFH) Emergency and Urgent Care in Port Orchard, Washington. This facility is a new, state-of-the-art, hybrid freestanding emergency department and urgent care center, open 24/7 with 12 ED beds. The center averages 24 hours of physician and APC coverage daily, with nurses and an LPN providing support. They see approximately 80-90 total patient encounters daily, with 30% EM and 70% UC patients. The facility is equipped with 24/7 CT and X-ray scanners with on-site radiology interpretation, and bedside ultrasound. EPIC is used as the EMR. Requirements

• Board-certified NP or PA.
