About The Position
Providence Medical Group and St. Joseph Hospital are seeking a standout Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Emergency Medicine team in Eureka, CA. As a per diem provider, you will work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. Providence is a mission-focused and community-centric organization with a long history of caring for diverse patient populations, including the disadvantaged, underserved, and uninsured.
Requirements
- Must be a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience in Emergency Medicine preferred.
- Applicants must have Pediatric training and experience.
- Required training: ACLS & PALS/APLS.

- Experience in Emergency Medicine.
Responsibilities
- Provide care within the Emergency Medicine team.
- Work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
- Serve patients from all walks of life, including the disadvantaged, underserved, and uninsured.
Benefits
- Part-time, 30 hours per week
- Day (8am – 6pm) and Swing (1pm – 11pm) Shifts Available
- Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
