The collaborating physicians for this role are Dr. Michael Rivera, MD | Duly Health and Care and Dr. Darryl Link, MD | Duly Health and Care. Requirements
- Graduation from an approved school for Physician Assistant Or Nurse Practitioner-Masters Degree.
- Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois

- Previous experience in Family Medicine or similar setting preferred.
