Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Colorado medical license.
- Comfortable providing care to patients across all age groups.
- Ability to manage an average patient volume of approximately 20 patients per day.
- Experience utilizing or willingness to learn a template-based electronic medical record (EMR) system, such as EPIC.
- Commitment to team-based care and integrated healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities
- Provides comprehensive primary and ambulatory care at Peak Vista Community Health Centers and designated locations.
- Evaluates, diagnoses, treats, and manages acute and chronic conditions.
- Delivers preventive care.
- Collaborates with an integrated healthcare team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Maintains timely documentation.
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives.
- Participates in community outreach initiatives.
- Supports Peak Vista's mission to improve access to compassionate, high-quality healthcare.
