About The Position

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Physician Assistant - OB/GYN to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan. Requirements

  • Current NYS registration as a Physician Assistant.
  • Current certification issued by the NCCPA.
  • Must be ACLS/BLS certified.
  • DEA Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive gynecologic, urogynecologic, and preventive care to patients in both ambulatory and inpatient settings.
  • Deliver surgical gynecologic and urogynecologic care, including minimally invasive procedures and postoperative management.
  • Assist with and perform surgical procedures in the operating room.
  • Supervise, mentor, and educate rotating learners, including physician assistant students and other trainees.
  • Participate in didactic teaching sessions and educational activities for rotating learners, including physician assistant students.
