About The Position

OOA is looking for an experienced Physician Assistant to work directly with one of our well-established Neurosurgeons who specializes in surgery of the back, neck, and spine. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work both in clinic and assist in surgeries. Under the supervision of a surgeon, you will be responsible for examining patients, administering drugs, ordering medical and diagnostic testing, diagnosing illnesses, and counselling patients and their families.

Requirements

• Active Physician Assistant license in the state of WA, or the ability to obtain one prior to hire.
• 2-3 years’ of Orthopaedic experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• 2-3 years’ of surgical assist experience, with a preference for neuro or spine surgery.
