About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Neurosurgery Physician Assistant to provide inpatient coverage in Seattle, WA. This is a Locum Tenens position with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm (4x10s), with occasional weekend call coverage. The role involves providing clinical care and beeper call, rounding on assigned patients, and potentially first assisting in surgery. The facility utilizes Epic EMR and has a supportive staff including RNs, MAs, and other PAs/NPs. Temporary privileges are available.
Requirements
- Board Certified (BC)
- Licensed in WA or IMLC
- DEA required
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Experienced Neurosurgery NP/PA

- First-assist experience
Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient neurosurgery coverage for assigned patients
- Round on patients in the morning and be available for beeper call
- Work 4x10-hour shifts per week (Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm)
- Provide occasional weekend call coverage (Saturday and Sunday, 7am-7pm)
- First assist in surgery (preferred but not required)
