Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
PA-C certification (NCCPA)
Active (or eligible) state license
DEA license (or ability to obtain)
1–2 years of primary care or internal medicine experience strongly preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-first mindset
A team-oriented professional eager to grow within a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive outpatient care, including histories, physicals, and clinical assessments
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in a primary care setting
Provide preventative care, wellness visits, and same-day sick care
Order, interpret, and act on labs, imaging, and EKGs
Develop and adjust treatment plans with increasing independence
Prescribe medications and educate patients on care plans
Partner with physicians and specialists to coordinate high-quality care
Maintain accurate, timely EMR documentation
