Physician Assistant – Functional Medicine & Nutrition (PA-C) – Part-Time
About The Position
This part-time Physician Assistant (PA-C) role at Berman Health Club in Naples, FL, offers a unique opportunity to practice medicine without the constraints of insurance dictating care, rushing through patient visits, or experiencing burnout. The position is designed for a PA who wants to scale back hours (20-24 per week) without sacrificing impact, values time, flexibility, and autonomy, and still loves practicing medicine. Berman Health Club is a premium, out-of-network health and performance facility focused on helping adults, primarily 50+, improve their physical well-being through a combination of physical training, regenerative therapies, longevity and metabolic optimization, and nutrition and gut health strategies. This role emphasizes longer patient visits, concierge-level care, and a team-based approach, allowing for practice of medicine as envisioned.
Requirements
- PA-C with 1+ years of experience
- Feel limited by traditional healthcare
- Curious about functional/integrative medicine, longevity and root-cause care
- Enjoy building real relationships with patients

- Must be local or willing to relocate to Naples, FL
Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth initial evaluations
- Analyze and interpret advanced lab work
- Create root-cause, personalized care plans
- Help clients improve energy, brain clarity, gut health, sleep, and metabolic health
- Recommend and oversee supplement protocols
- Provide high-touch follow-up and support
- Collaborate with dietitians and the physical training team
- Conduct both in-person and virtual visits
- Contribute ideas to program development and innovation
