About The Position

Colorado Permanente Medical Group is seeking board eligible or board-certified Adult Allergists at our Kaiser Rock Creek Medical Office in Lafayette, Colorado. This role offers a great work-life balance and is a part-time opportunity. You will join a supportive allergy department of 3 MDs and 3 PAs, with additional nursing staff. The position allows for collaboration with various specialties such as ENT, Pulmonary, GI, and Dermatology. There are opportunities to engage with the Institute of Health Research. The role involves managing a range of allergic conditions from basic to complex, for all ages, with the possibility of performing procedures for food and drug challenges. IVIG is administered in-house, and a hospitalist service is available for inpatient procedures and desensitization. The use of EPIC EMR and AI technology with Abridge is integrated into the workflow.

Requirements

Board eligible or board-certified Adult Allergist.
Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have established a qualified medical or religious exemption by September 17, 2021.

Responsibilities

See basic allergic conditions to complex conditions of all ages.
Perform procedures for food and drug challenges.
Collaborate with ENT, Pulmonary, GI and Dermatology for allergy related diseases.
Utilize IVIG in-house at the infusion center.
Work with the hospitalist service to admit patients for inpatient procedures/desensitization.
Utilize EMR (EPIC) and AI technology (Abridge) for patient care.
