About The Position
Expanding practice seeks a Nurse Practitioner to work in Statesville, North Carolina! Join an employed provider network of a locally owned nonprofit health system 35 miles north of Charlotte, near beautiful Lake Norman. This is a full-time, employed position based in an Internal Medicine clinic. The Nurse Practitioner will provide high-quality, cost-effective pain management for patients under the care of the physician, within the state scope of practice. They will collaborate with the physician to coordinate and manage the process of patient care and provide expanded primary health care services for a caseload of patients in the area of clinical specialization.
Requirements
- MSN or DNP from an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in North Carolina
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fundamental knowledge of PC-based applications
- Able to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds

- Pain management experience preferred
