About The Position

This remote consulting opportunity is for experienced physicians and hospital medicine professionals to apply adult inpatient clinical expertise to advanced AI training and evaluation. The work involves reviewing medical records, clinical notes, and structured healthcare data; evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of inpatient documentation; and determining whether clinical statements are supported by the underlying record. Reviews may cover HPI and PMH, admission records, daily progress notes, discharge documentation, treatment plans, social history, and continuity-of-care information. The role also includes medication reconciliation and safety assessment, including review of clinically relevant interactions, contraindications, and renal- or hepatic-adjusted dosing considerations. Professionals will identify unsupported conclusions, missing information, and inconsistencies in medical datasets, then provide structured written evaluations and actionable feedback to improve AI-generated clinical reasoning and medical data interpretation. Assignments follow established evaluation guidelines and require careful attention to medical accuracy and documentation quality. The engagement is freelance/contract, fully remote, and available to professionals in the United States only. Compensation is advertised at $80–$125 per hour, with payment made per completed task that meets project specifications. Task time may vary with complexity, experience, and workflow. Minimum weekly task submission requirements apply. There are 50 openings. Prior AI training experience is not required.
