About The Position

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is hiring a part-time Physical Therapy Tech. The role offers hands-on clinical experience working with licensed Physical Therapists and participation in the company’s Pre-PT Pathway. The pathway includes online coursework taught by Mountain Land therapists and career guidance for students pursuing physical therapy or other healthcare careers. The position is suitable for students and recent graduates seeking clinical hours; no prior experience is required, and training will be provided.

The flexible schedule is intended to accommodate school or work commitments. Preferred hours are Tuesdays, 7:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.; Wednesdays, 1:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.; Thursdays, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.; and Fridays, 1:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. The position is located at 94 Highland Dr, Santaquin, UT 84655. Pay is $10–$12 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists by setting up equipment.
• Guide patients through exercises.
• Help ensure a safe, positive environment for patients.
• Support the front desk by checking in patients.
• Help patients with warm-ups.
• Maintain a clean clinic space.
• Contribute positive energy to the team.
