About The Position

The Physical Therapy Assistant provides 100% outpatient care to established and new patients at a growing, multidisciplinary practice in Glendale, Arizona. The role supports physical therapists in treating musculoskeletal issues, guides therapeutic exercises, and provides thorough, accurate documentation in a timely manner. The PTA works collaboratively with a team of providers and helps patients feel welcome and secure by developing and maintaining relationships throughout their care. The practice uses a team-based, multidisciplinary approach to treatment. The position follows a four-and-a-half-day work week, Monday through Friday, with office hours ending at 1 p.m. on Fridays. It is full-time, with no weekends. Compensation is $60,000–$75,000, depending on experience, with potential bonus compensation.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
Experience working in outpatient orthopedic care.
Completion of the 2,000 hours required to work independently without a physical therapist if needed.
Arizona PTA license.
Ability to work well with other providers in a team-based treatment approach.
