About The Position
Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a compassionate, licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality geriatric therapy in home settings in the Lake Alfred, Florida area. The provider offers outpatient therapy at home and serves Assisted Living Facilities and home visits. Therapists help residents maintain independence and age in place. This is a PRN, as-needed role. Therapists choose which assignments to accept, allowing them to work around their availability. Compensation is $65 per four-unit treatment. The position offers clinical autonomy, a collaborative team environment, and transparent payment reporting.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Active Florida PTA license.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of clinical experience preferred, but not required.
