About The Position
Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a compassionate, licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide outpatient geriatric therapy through home visits and services in assisted living facilities in the Inverness, Florida area. The role focuses on helping residents maintain independence and age in place. This is a PRN, as-needed position in which therapists choose which assignments to accept, offering flexibility and control over their schedules. Compensation is $65 per four-unit treatment.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Active Florida PTA license.
- Able to see patients in ZIP codes 33805 and 33801.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of clinical experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care.
- Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team.
- Complete accurate, timely documentation.
