About The Position
Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a compassionate, licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality geriatric therapy to residents in an assisted living facility in the Tampa, Florida area. The outpatient therapy-at-home provider serves Assisted Living Facilities and aims to help residents maintain independence and age in place. This PRN role is performed at one location, without driving between homes. Therapists work on an as-needed basis and choose which assignments to accept, offering flexibility and control over their schedules.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Active Florida PTA license.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of clinical experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care.
- Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team.
- Complete accurate, timely documentation.
