About The Position
Theracare is seeking a motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to provide exemplary care to adults in a skilled nursing care setting. The role involves skilled, direct patient care activities under the clinical supervision of a Physical Therapist. The position is PRN, with a variety of hours available. The facility offers a busy skilled nursing environment, rehab-to-home services, a dedicated therapy team, and access to local regional management staff for support. Theracare is an employee-owned Indiana provider of contract physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. Requirements
- Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- Current state license or eligibility for state licensure.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice To Haves
- Active membership with the American Physical Therapy Association is preferred but not required.
- A minimum of one year of experience is preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
