About The Position

A full-time float Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) position is available based in our sub-acute/skilled nursing facility located in West Hartford, CT. The successful candidate will float to multiple facilities in the Hartford region. Preferred Therapy Solutions is a therapy company owned and operated by therapists, focusing on appropriate and ethical patient care. Management members have experience in similar roles, understanding therapist needs for success and work-life balance. Requirements

• Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
