About The Position

A full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) position is available in the sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located on the Cape in Buzzards Bay, MA. The role is situated in an amazing location on the banks of Buttermilk Bay, fostering a family atmosphere and camaraderie. The facility boasts seasoned, knowledgeable, and respected leaders, resulting in a close working relationship between tenured nursing and rehabilitation staff. Requirements

• Must have graduated from an accredited two-year PTA program
• Hold a MA PTA state license or be eligible for PTA license
• Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting.
