About The Position

Rehab Program Manager - Physical Therapy Assistant Outpatient. This position offers a great work/life balance and flexibility of hours, with full-time and part-time opportunities available. Located at The Bentley in Dallas, TX, the setting includes Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Outpatient services. This role involves working with higher functioning residents in a lovely community. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with no weekends or evenings. If you are customer-focused, great at developing relationships, and ambitious, this position is for you. As a Program Manager Outpatient, you will improve the lives of seniors while developing leadership skills as the 'go to person' for customers, residents, and staff. Requirements

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Treat patients while gaining leadership experience with administrative tasks, such as scheduling.
• Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager.
• Develop relationships with customers, residents, and staff.
• Improve the lives of seniors.
• Develop leadership skills.
