About The Position
Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Program Manager for their Outpatient program. This role offers a great work-life balance and flexibility in hours, with opportunities for full-time, part-time, and consistent PRN. The Program Manager will work with higher functioning residents in an assisted living, independent living, or outpatient setting. This position is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, skilled at developing relationships, and ambitious. The Program Manager will be the primary point of contact for customers, residents, and staff, while also developing leadership skills.
Requirements
- Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
- Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
- Current CPR certification
