About The Position
Physical Therapist (PT) permanent placement opportunity in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and VA setting with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This role offers approximately 40 hours per week with no weekend rotation, providing a stable work-life balance in a rehabilitative care environment. The PT will evaluate and treat patients with a focus on improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence. This position is ideal for clinicians seeking long-term placement in post-acute and veteran-focused care settings.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
- Active State PT License required
- BLS certification required
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional rehabilitation
- Ability to work independently and manage a consistent caseload
- Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
Nice To Haves
- Experience in SNF, rehab, or VA setting preferred
