About The Position

Join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) team as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week assignment working 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, the PTA will provide rehabilitative services to residents with mobility, strength, balance, and functional limitations. This role focuses on improving patient independence, restoring functional abilities, and enhancing quality of life through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License required
• Knowledge of therapeutic exercise, gait training, and mobility interventions required
• Strong communication and documentation skills required
• Ability to work collaboratively with Physical Therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams required
• Knowledge of regulatory and documentation standards required

Nice To Haves

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
• Experience providing rehabilitation services to geriatric patients preferred
