About The Position

HCRC Staffing is seeking a Doctor of Physical Therapy to join its Chandler, Arizona team. The established multidisciplinary practice has been operating for 25 years and has an established patient base. The Physical Therapist will provide hands-on care and collaborate with professionals in chiropractic, rehabilitation, massage therapy, spinal decompression, and wellness. The role offers flexible scheduling and is available full-time, part-time, or PRN. Experienced Physical Therapists and new graduates are encouraged to apply. The practice is out of network and does not participate in in-network insurance or accept Medicare.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Active Arizona Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient relationship skills.
• Dependable, motivated, patient-focused approach.
• Interest in treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced practice.

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient orthopedic or multidisciplinary rehabilitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, function, and recovery.
• Provide hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients on home exercises, injury prevention, and long-term wellness.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Contribute ideas to strengthen and expand the physical therapy services.
