About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is a growing team looking for top-caliber Physical Therapists to join them in West Madison, WI and surrounding locations in Wisconsin. They are pioneers of Geriatric House Calls™, providing 1:1 physical therapy services in communities to help abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes. Therapists benefit from clinically-excellent autonomous interventions and the flexibility to create, control, and alter their treatment schedules. The role involves an interdisciplinary approach with a therapy team focused on functional outcomes. FOX Rehabilitation is a clinician-operated, professional private practice of full-time physical, occupational, and speech therapists, built on the foundation of Geriatric House Calls™. Their one-on-one care fosters a rewarding environment, and therapists have the flexibility to shape their schedules for a successful work-life balance. Requirements

Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
Basic computer literacy skills
Current CPR certification
