About The Position
FOX Rehabilitation is a growing practice looking for top-caliber Physical Therapists to join their team in Kenosha, WI and surrounding Wisconsin locations. They are pioneers of Geriatric House Calls™, providing 1:1 physical therapy services in the community to abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes. Therapists benefit from clinically-excellent autonomous interventions and the flexibility to create and control their treatment schedule. The role is part of an Interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. FOX Rehabilitation is a clinician-operated, professional private practice of full-time physical, occupational, and speech therapists, built on the foundation of Geriatric House Calls™. Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting.
- Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions.
- Create, control, and alter treatment schedules.
- Participate in an Interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes.
- Provide evidence-based rehabilitation services in acute, post-acute, home, senior living community, and outpatient settings.
